PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING WEEK IS HERE!
- Monday thru Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.
- This is an optional training, but is highly recommended for athletes to attend that will help you get your body and mind prepared for the upcoming fall season.
- Make sure that you have registered for a fall sport and have a current sports physical on file with the school.
- Weather is hot! Bring lots of water and a towel to wipe yourself off. Wear proper attire for the weather conditions.
- Less than 2 weeks away for the start of the 2026 Fall Sports Season! Sign up today to join one of our teams!
- Fall Sports Practices Begin on Monday, August 10 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Locations to be shared by head coaches.

We are using the Arbiter Registration platform for all of our sports teams. There is alink posted here that you can use to start the registration process.
We highly recommend that you read and review the information listed below before beginning the process.

Sports Physicals
Parents, please remember to upload your child’s sports physical using the Arbiter Registration platform before the start of the season.
Advanced Urgent Care partners with local schools and donates $10.00 to athletic departments when we have 15 or more students have their physicals completed there.
Click their logo to schedule your sports physical today! Please don’t forget to tell them the name of our school.
THIS IS AN ANNUAL REQUIREMENT THAT ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE PRIOR TO ANY SPORT PARTICIPATION.

Fall Season All Sports Meeting
Thursday, August 6th at 5:00 pm
Meeting will be held in the school cafe. You will learn about any new changes, get season schedules and meet your coaches.
We need everyone to attend this meeting to ensure that everyone is prepared to experience a great fall season.

Sports Registration
Registration Information and Dates For 2026 Fall Sports
- Regular Registration runs from Monday, July 14 until August 9.
- Once again we will give families the opportunity to take advantage of our Early Registration. This will be a savings of $25.00 per child for both of our high school and middle school sports offerings.
- The 2026 Fall Sports Season officially begins on Monday, August 10, 2026.
- All fall sport coaches will be in contact in the near future to communicate pre-season workouts and practice times.

Registration Information`
Early Registration:
- July 6 to July 12, 2026
- High School $125.00 per student
- Middle School $100.00 per student
Regular Registration:
- July 13 to August 9, 2026
- High Sschool $150.00 per student,
- High School Family Cap: $325.00 max for 3 or more students from the same family
- Middle School $125.00 per student
- Middle School Family Cap: $325.00 max for 3 or more students from the same family
Late Registration:
- August 10 to August 16, 2026
- High School $175.00 per student
- Middle School $150.00 per student
Registration Payment
At this time we are unable to use the Arbiter Registration platform to collect payments. Therefore, all payments for participation will be collected using PowerSchool. Mrs. Rush will send out an email to all participants indicating that your account has a payment due.
**Families who qualify for other available benefits should complete the registration process and then contact our school office for additional details.**
Refund Policy: If your child chooses to participate on one of our sports teams and then discontinues their participation for any reason…
1. We will refund 100% of the athletic fee only during the first week of the scheduled season.
2. After the first week, there will be NO REFUND for any reason.

Registration Information
Click the online registration button below to for your child’s chosen spring sport.
All students in Grades 5 through Grade 9 are eligible to join any of our sports teams. For the spring season we hope to offer middle school girls soccer and coed track. For high school, we only will offer coed track.
The other buttons will provide key details for each sport level.
Athletic Forms
These forms must be completed prior to the start of each season which is before the first practice date.
All forms are now loaded onto the Arbiter Registration platform. When you apply your signature to these forms during the registration process, you will no longer need to send us the hard copy forms. Only if there is an issue when registering. Please send any hardcopy forms to rachelle.burke@nd.ascentcolorado.org.

This form confirms that parent(s) are giving full permisison for athletic participation.
CHSAA Sports Physical
***REQUIRED***
Upload page 4 of the sports physical using Arbiter Registration.
An annual sports physical is required for all athletes. Have your doctor complete all 4 pages.
The school will ONLY need page 4 of the completed sports physical.
Emergency Medical Consent
***REQUIRED***

This form gives permission for any necessary medical treatment for any injury or illness during athletic participation.
Medication Release
***REQUIRED***

This form gives permission for any necessary medical treatment for any injury or illness during athletic participation.
Carpool Permission
Parents complete this form only if you plan on having your child(ren) riding with another adult.
Parent Authorized Driver
Parents, please complete if you are wiling to transport other students besides your own.
Student Medical Insurance Verification

This form confirms that each child who participates in athletics is covered by their family’s medical insurance policy.
